Our experienced team has developed the innovative PV insertion system TRI-STAND especially for the installation of solar systems on trapezoidal sheet metal roofs. Thanks to a reduced number of components and user-friendly installation, this system enables an installation speed that is up to 50 % faster than conventional short rail systems, which offers a significant time advantage, especially when installing on commercial roofs.
The riveted SafeClick system ensures a secure and permanent hold for solar installations, making it the ideal solution for PV mounting on trapezoidal sheet metal roofs. The TRI-STAND special SafeClicks are supplied pre-assembled and can be attached directly to the raised beads of the trapezoidal sheet metal using the appropriate rivets. To make preparation easier, we offer a special drilling jig. After riveting the SafeClicks, the TRI-STAND insert profile can be inserted quickly and easily without the need for additional screwing or drilling. Our insert profiles can be efficiently connected with the corresponding connecting pieces TRI-STAND TS-C, which are simply slid on and fixed with grub screws. A key advantage of the system is that the floating mounting does not require a thermal break, which prevents damage to the system and modules.

The advantages of the TRI-STAND assembly system
Photovoltaic installation on a trapezoidal sheet metal roof
The PV insertion system TRI-STAND enables the use of all types of modules from different manufacturers. As the name suggests, the solar modules can be conveniently inserted and are thus stored in a floating manner. This has the advantage that no damage occurs even if the solar modules expand due to heat.
1. measuring and predrilling the module field
According to the layout plan, the module field is measured on the roof and pre-drilled using the TRITEC drilling jig.
2. riveting the SafeClick onto the trapezoidal sheet metal
The tried-and-tested SafeClick is riveted directly onto the trapezoidal sheet, which means that significantly fewer fastening points are required.
3. clicking the TS insert profiles into the SafeClick
The insertion profiles are clicked into the SafeClick - they are thus connected to the roof in a floating manner. Damage to the roof and module caused by thermal expansion is thus avoided.
4. inserting the modules into the TS insertion profiles
The PV modules are inserted into the profiles in a time-saving manner; there is no need for additional fastening of the modules.
