Efficient assembly and well-thought-out design

Thanks to smart planning software, a reduced number of components, and the patented SafeClick mounting system, these rooftop PV can be installed extremely quickly, safely, and easily on a wide variety of pitched roofs. The riveted SafeClick system ensures a secure and durable hold for solar systems, making it the optimal solution for PV on trapezoidal sheet metal roofs. The TRI-STAND are delivered pre-assembled and can be attached directly to the high ribs of the trapezoidal sheet metal using the appropriate rivets. To simplify preparation, we offer a special drilling jig.

After riveting the SafeClicks in place, the TRI-STAND can be installed quickly and easily without the need for additional screwing or drilling. Our insert profiles can be efficiently connected using the corresponding TRI-STAND connectors, which are simply slid into place and secured with grub screws.

The PV are easily inserted into the mounting profiles and are securely held in place by their own weight. No additional fastening of the modules is required. The floating mounting system prevents damage to the roof, mounting system, and modules caused by thermal expansion and also ensures a visually cohesive and aesthetically pleasing module array, as no thermal break is necessary. The rooftop system also offers flexible application options thanks to the ability to mount the modules vertically or horizontally. This opens up a wide range of design possibilities for creating custom roof layouts.

The TS bending tool has two functions. Firstly, it is used in the insertion system and prevents the rails from moving as a result of heat and cold. For this purpose, the TS profiles are bent to the left and right of a SafeClick located in the middle of the rail. For more information, please refer to the TRI-STAND installation instructions. The second function of the bending tool is to remove a clicked-in TS rail.

TRI-STAND is suitable for all common framed solar modules with a frame thickness of 30 - 40 mm. Basically, all solar modules must be approved by the manufacturer for the insertion system, since not every module is suitable in terms of frame and load-bearing capacity.

With the insertion system, horizontal and vertical module mounting is possible without restrictions with the corresponding manufacturer's approval. For more information, please refer to the TRI-STAND assembly instructions.

Carefully check the values for wind suction and pressure. Select as many fastening points on the roof as possible, as the individual sheet metal seams can bear relatively few loads. Therefore, horizontal mounting of the PV modules is recommended for standing seam sheet metal roofs.

For installations in the insertion system that are wider than 12 m, the UP-C connector is only tightened on one side. Make sure that the universal profiles have at least 3 mm clearance to each other. For installations in the insertion system that are wider than 6 m, the TS-C connector is only tightened on one side. Make sure that the TS insertion profiles have at least 3 mm air between them. In the clamping system, the universal profile must end after 12 m at the latest and a new plant section must be started.
