With our many years of experience and expertise, we have developed an innovative PV mounting system for trapezoidal sheet metal roofs that guarantees easy installation of photovoltaic systems on trapezoidal sheet metal or sandwich roofing. Our riveted SafeClick system provides a secure and durable hold for solar installations, making it the ideal solution for successful PV installation on trapezoidal sheet metal roofs. Our mounting systems comply with the international IEC 61215 standard and are TÜV-certified, which stands for the highest quality, reliability and durability.

Our TRI-STAND special SafeClick modules are supplied pre-assembled and can be easily attached directly to the raised beads of the trapezoidal sheet using suitable rivets. We offer a special drilling jig to facilitate the preparatory work with the drill. Once the SafeClick modules have been riveted, the TRI-STAND insertion profile enables uncomplicated installation without additional screwing or drilling work. The solar modules are mounted floating, so no thermal break is required. Our insertion profiles can be connected with the corresponding connecting pieces TRI-STAND TS-C, which are simply pushed on and fixed with grub screws.

The PV insertion system TRI-STAND enables the use of all types of modules from different manufacturers. As the name suggests, the solar modules can be conveniently inserted and are thus stored in a floating manner. This has the advantage that no damage occurs even if the solar modules expand due to heat.

According to the layout plan, the module field is measured on the roof and pre-drilled using the TRITEC drilling jig.

2. riveting the SafeClick onto the trapezoidal sheet metal

The tried-and-tested SafeClick is riveted directly onto the trapezoidal sheet, which means that significantly fewer fastening points are required.

3. clicking the TS insert profiles into the SafeClick

The insertion profiles are clicked into the SafeClick - they are thus connected to the roof in a floating manner. Damage to the roof and module caused by thermal expansion is thus avoided.

4. inserting the modules into the TS insertion profiles

The PV modules are inserted into the profiles in a time-saving manner; there is no need for additional fastening of the modules.

Mounting system components for a trapezoidal sheet metal roof

The PV-insertion system TRI-STAND is the perfect basis for a quick, safe and solid installation of PV-system on a trapezoidal sheet metal roof. The PV modules are inserted into the aluminium profile and held in place by their own weight and by friction. This eliminates the need to clamp the modules. The system is available in natural (aluminium silver) and black.

  • TRI-STAND Special SafeClick:

    The innovative SafeClick system allows the TRI-STAND insert profiles to be fixed effortlessly and quickly to the high beads of the trapezoidal sheet metal. The special SafeClicks are pre-assembled and riveted directly onto the sheet metal. To avoid complications when drilling the holes, we offer a drilling jig.

  • TRI-STAND Inlay profile:

    Our insertion profiles are available in different sizes and heights to ensure sufficient ventilation of the PV modules. The solar modules can be easily inserted without clamps or further screws and are thus floating, which prevents damage due to thermal expansion.

  • TRI-STAND Profile connector:

    In order to connect the insert profiles effortlessly and securely with each other, we offer appropriate accessories with the TRI-STAND TS-C insert profile connector. Slide the connectors onto the insert profiles and then secure them with grub screws.

  • TRI-STAND End angle TS-E:

    The TS-E end brackets are used to secure the solar modules at the end of the insertion profiles and prevent them from slipping.

  • TRI-STAND Edge Clip - cable fixation:

    Good cable management ensures long-lasting and safe operation of the photovoltaic system - with our Edge Clips, we supply the appropriate accessories for exemplary cable management.
