Photovoltaic mounting on roofs with trapezoidal sheet metal
Your customers have a roof with trapezoidal sheet metal or sandwich roofing and want to mount a photovoltaic system - with our many years of experience, we have developed an innovative PV mounting system for trapezoidal sheet metal roofs. Our riveted SafeClick system provides a permanently firm hold for the solar system and is the foundation for a successful PV installation on roofs with trapezoidal sheet metal covering. The mounting system complies with the international IEC-61215 standard and has been certified by TÜV. The mounting systems from TRITEC stand for a very solid construction with high quality and durability.
The TRI-STAND Special SafeClick come pre-assembled with a suitable rivet to attach them directly to the high beads of the trapezoidal sheet metal. To ensure that the preparatory work with the drill runs without complications, TRITEC offers a suitable drilling jig. If the SafeClick modules are riveted, the TRI-STAND insert profile can be conveniently clicked into place. This way you avoid further screwing and drilling work and store the solar modules floating. This means that no thermal separation is necessary. You connect our insertion profiles with corresponding connectors TRI-STAND TS-C, which are pushed onto the insertion profiles and fastened with grub screws.

Photovoltaic installation on a trapezoidal sheet metal roof
The PV insertion system TRI-STAND enables the use of all types of modules from different manufacturers. As the name suggests, the solar modules can be conveniently inserted and are thus stored in a floating manner. This has the advantage that no damage occurs even if the solar modules expand due to heat.
1. measuring and predrilling the module field
According to the layout plan, the module field is measured on the roof and pre-drilled using the TRITEC drilling jig.
2. riveting the SafeClick onto the trapezoidal sheet metal
The tried-and-tested SafeClick is riveted directly onto the trapezoidal sheet, which means that significantly fewer fastening points are required.
3. click the TS insert profiles directly into the SafeClick.
The insertion profiles are clicked into the SafeClick - they are thus connected to the roof in a floating manner. Damage to the roof and module caused by thermal expansion is thus avoided.
4. inserting the modules into the TS insertion profiles
The PV modules are inserted into the profiles in a time-saving manner; there is no need for additional fastening of the modules.

Mounting system components for a trapezoidal sheet metal roof
The PV-insertion system TRI-STAND is the perfect basis for a quick, safe and solid installation of PV-system on a trapezoidal sheet metal roof. The PV modules are inserted into the aluminium profile and held in place by their own weight and by friction. This eliminates the need to clamp the modules.
