4. insert modules

The modules are inserted into the profiles in a time-saving manner; additional fastening of the modules is completely unnecessary.

Efficient assembly and well-thought-out design

Thanks to innovative planning software, a reduced number of components, and the patented SafeClick mounting system, this PV for corrugated fiber-cement roofs is characterized by fast, secure, and easy installation on sloped roofs. The SafeClick system guarantees a permanently reliable hold for solar systems and thus represents an optimal solution for PV on corrugated fiber-cement roofs.

Instead of conventional roof screws, we rely on the TRI-STAND mounting brackets, which provide a sturdy and durable foundation for installation on corrugated fiber-cement roofs. A key advantage of the TS-COR mounting brackets is their simple and time-saving attachment to existing roof screws. The TS-COR is secured directly to the existing screw, which allows for significantly faster installation compared to traditional roof screws while also ensuring optimal load distribution.

After securing the SafeClick components to the base profiles, they are fastened to the mounting brackets using M10 hammer-head screws. The TRI-STAND can then be quickly installed without the need for additional screwing or drilling. The insert profiles can be efficiently connected using the appropriate TRI-STAND connectors, which are simply slid into place and secured with grub screws.

The PV are easily inserted into the mounting profiles and are securely held in place by their own weight. No additional fastening of the modules is required. The floating mounting system prevents damage to the roof, mounting system, and modules caused by thermal expansion and also ensures a visually cohesive and aesthetically pleasing module array, as no thermal break is necessary. The rooftop system also offers flexible application options thanks to the ability to mount the modules vertically or horizontally. This opens up a wide range of design possibilities for creating custom roof layouts.

Safe, Sustainable, and Made in Europe

The components for our PV are manufactured in Central Europe to the highest quality standards; the components of TRI-STAND have been statically tested and optimized for wind and snow loads to ensure reliability even under extreme weather conditions. All profiles and accessories TRI-STAND under the original TRI-STAND label are covered by a 10-year manufacturer’s warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers both the sound condition and the technical performance of the products.
