TRI-STAND: Efficient mounting system for photovoltaic systems - quick and easy installation on corrugated eternit roofs
With the TRI-STAND insertion system, you can install PV quickly and easily on corrugated fiber cement roofs. The closed module field without clamping distances ensures maximum aesthetics.
Photovoltaic mounting on roofs with corrugated fiber cement
Instead of conventional hanger bolts, we rely on the TRI-STAND TS-COR mounting brackets, which provide a robust and reliable foundation for PV installation on corrugated fiber cement roofs. A decisive advantage of the TRI-STAND TS-COR mounting bracket is the simple and time-saving attachment to existing roof screws. The TS-COR is effortlessly fixed to the existing screw, which enables significantly faster installation compared to traditional hanger bolts. The reduced number of components for upright or transverse mounting further simplifies the installation process. A key advantage of the system is that the floating mounting does not require a thermal break, which prevents damage to the system and modules.

The advantages of the TRI-STAND assembly system
Photovoltaic mounting on corrugated fiber cement
The PV-insertion system TRI-STAND offers maximum flexibility, because it allows the use of all common framed solar modules. The on-roof system is floating, thus no stress or damage can occur to the module or the rail system due to thermal expansion.
1. mounting the TS-COR
First, the TS-CORs are mounted at the positions provided in the layout plan using the existing roof bolts. New roof screws may have to be placed at additional positions.
2. mounting the base profile (UP-X)
The pre-assembled profiles are then securely installed on the TS-COR using the M10 hammerhead screw.
3. clicking the TS insert profiles into the SafeClick
The insertion profiles are clicked into the SafeClick - they are thus connected to the roof in a floating manner. Damage to the roof and module caused by thermal expansion is thus avoided.
4. inserting the modules into the TS insertion profiles
The modules are inserted into the insertion profiles to save time and are held in place thanks to their own weight - there is no need for additional fastening.
