Your customers have a roof with corrugated fiber cement roofing (Welleternit) and want to attach a photovoltaic system - with our years of experience, we have developed an innovative PV mounting system for corrugated fiber cement roofs.
Our TRI-STAND TS-COR mounting brackets for corrugated fiber cement provide a permanently firm hold for the solar system and are the foundation for a successful PV installation on roofs with corrugated fiber cement roofing. The mounting system complies with the international IEC-61215 standard and has been certified by TÜV. The mounting systems from TRITEC stand for a very solid construction with high quality and durability.

Photovoltaic mounting on corrugated fiber cement
The PV-insertion system TRI-STAND offers maximum flexibility, because it allows the use of all common framed solar modules. The on-roof system is floating, thus no stress or damage can occur to the module or the rail system due to thermal expansion.
1. mount TS-COR
First, the TS-CORs are mounted at the positions provided in the layout plan using the existing roof bolts. New roof screws may have to be placed at additional positions.
2. screw universal profiles
The pre-assembled universal profiles are then securely screwed onto the TS-COR using the M10 hammerhead screw.
3. click in the insertion profiles
The insertion profiles are clicked into the SafeClick - they are thus connected to the roof in a floating manner. Damage to the roof and module caused by thermal expansion is thus avoided.
4. insert modules
The modules are inserted into the profiles in a time-saving manner; additional fastening of the modules is completely unnecessary.

Mounting system components for a corrugated fiber cement roof
The PV-insertion system TRI-STAND is the perfect basis for a quick, safe and solid installation of PV-system on a corrugated fiber cement roof. The PV modules are inserted into the aluminum profile and held in place by their own weight and by friction. Therefore, there is no need to clamp the modules. The system is available in natural (aluminum silver) and black color.
