Photovoltaic installation on tiled roof

The PV insertion system TRI-STAND enables the use of all types of modules from different manufacturers. As the name suggests, the solar modules can be conveniently inserted and are thus stored in a floating manner. This has the advantage that no damage occurs even if the solar modules expand due to heat.

1. mounting the roof hook

After checking the substructure of the roof for its point load-bearing capacity, the roof hooks are installed in accordance with the design plan.

2. mounting the base profile

The pre-assembled profiles are then securely installed on the roof hooks, depending on the type of roof hook required.

3. clicking the TS insert profiles into the SafeClick

The insertion profiles are clicked into the SafeClick and are connected to the roof in a floating manner. This prevents damage to the roof and module caused by thermal expansion.

4. inserting the modules into the TS insertion profiles

The modules are inserted into the insertion profiles to save time and are held in place thanks to their own weight - there is no need for additional fastening. Once the cables have been laid and connected, the modules are pushed together one after the other.

The PV-insertion system TRI-STAND is the perfect basis for a quick, safe and solid installation of PV-system on a tiled roof. The PV modules are inserted into the aluminum profile and held in place by their own weight and by friction. Therefore, there is no need to clamp the modules. The system is available in the color selection blank (aluminum silver) and black.

TRI-STAND Roof hook

The foundation for installing your PV system on a tiled roof. Depending on the type of roof hook, the adjustable or fixed roof hooks are screwed onto the roof battens and rafters under the roof tiles and ensure that the structure is held securely in place.
TRI-STAND Basic profile:

The TRITEC base profiles are mounted vertically on the roof hooks and are available in various lengths.
TRI-STAND SafeClick-Torx:

The innovative SafeClick system allows the TRI-STAND insert profiles to be fixed to the universal profiles effortlessly and quickly. The SafeClick elements are screwed onto the universal profiles at the specified distance, onto which the insert profiles are clicked without further screwing.
TRI-STAND Profile connector:

We offer TRI-STAND universal profile connectors and the TRI-STAND insert profile connector to connect base profiles or insert profiles effortlessly and securely.
TRI-STAND End angle:

The TS-E end brackets are used to secure the solar modules at the end of the insertion profiles and prevent them from slipping.
