Photovoltaic installation on roofs with tiled roofing
The system's high-quality roof hooks form the basis for successful PV and are available in three versions: BASIC, PLUS, PRO and PRO PLUS. Depending on the type, the roof hook s offer both fixed and adjustable options to meet different requirements. The new PRO/PRO PLUS roof hook stands out in particular and offers a wide range of benefits: variable screw options, a height-adjustable base plate in 5 mm increments, a flexible mounting bracket for precise horizontal or vertical adjustments and easy fixing.
Once the base profiles including SafeClicks have been installed, the TRI-STAND insert profiles can be inserted quickly and easily without the need for additional screwing or drilling. The insert profiles can be easily connected to the corresponding connecting pieces, the TRI-STAND TS-C. These are simply pushed on and fixed in place with grub screws. A major advantage of the system is that the floating mounting does not require a thermal break, which prevents damage to the system and modules.

The advantages of the TRI-STAND assembly system
Photovoltaic installation on tiled roof
The PV insertion system TRI-STAND enables the use of all types of modules from different manufacturers. As the name suggests, the solar modules can be conveniently inserted and are thus stored in a floating manner. This has the advantage that no damage occurs even if the solar modules expand due to heat.
1. mounting the roof hook
After checking the substructure of the roof for its point load-bearing capacity, the roof hooks are installed in accordance with the design plan.
2. mounting the base profile
The pre-assembled profiles are then securely installed on the roof hooks, depending on the type of roof hook required.
3. clicking the TS insert profiles into the SafeClick
The insertion profiles are clicked into the SafeClick and are connected to the roof in a floating manner. This prevents damage to the roof and module caused by thermal expansion.
4. inserting the modules into the TS insertion profiles
The modules are inserted into the insertion profiles to save time and are held in place thanks to their own weight - there is no need for additional fastening. Once the cables have been laid and connected, the modules are pushed together one after the other.
