Roof hook

With the TRI-STAND BASIC, PLUS, PRO and PRO PLUS photovoltaic roof hooks, you can mount solar systems optimally on a tiled roof. The roof hooks are made of hardened aluminum and have several base holes for maximum mounting flexibility.

Mounting systems for photovoltaic plants

All components of the TRITEC mounting systems are made of high-quality aluminium or V2A stainless steel and meet the highest quality requirements. Therefore, TRITEC grants a 10-year guarantee on all components. The warranty period can even be extended to 15 years by participating in appropriate product training courses. After carrying out a mechanical stress test, the systems were certified by TÜV according to the guidelines of the international IEC-61215 standard. During this test, loads caused by wind and snow were simulated. The corrosion-resistant materials of the systems also easily withstand strong loads caused by different temperatures. The photovoltaic mounting systems from TRITEC thus result in a very solid construction of high quality and durability.

The quality of our products is independently confirmed by extensive tests with brand modules. This is how we guarantee reliable products for long-lasting PV systems.

Mechanical TÜV stress test

As part of a mechanical stress test carried out by TÜV, our mounting systems were certified according to the guidelines of the international IEC-61215 standard. This test involves the following three steps: First, the nominal output power of the module is determined by a voltage test and the material properties are examined by means of an electroluminescence camera. For the actual stress test, the module is fixed to the mounting system according to the mounting instructions and then loaded with 2400 PA. This corresponds to 245 kg/m2. The pressure and suction effects of the wind are simulated. In a further test run, the pressure is increased to 5400 PA (550 kg/m2), which corresponds to the pressure caused by snow load. Following each individual stress test, the module is checked again. The TÜV test is only considered passed if no damage to the module can be detected after the stresses and its performance is not affected in any way. Both TRI-STAND and TRI-ROOF+ have been awarded certification by TÜV Rheinland.

10-year warranty

For us, it goes without saying that our PV mounting systems have to withstand the most adverse weather conditions for many years. That is why we give you a 10-year guarantee for all components of a TRITEC mounting system.

You can extend this warranty to 15 years by attending one of our many product training courses.
