The TRI-STAND enable time-saving rooftop installation on various types of pitched roofs. Thanks to the patented SafeClick mounting system, a reduced number of components, and intelligent planning software, you can shorten installation time—especially for commercial projects. The floating mounting system protects against thermal expansion and ensures an aesthetically seamless module array. The TRI-ROOFPV integration system replaces parts of or the entire roof covering and creates a visually appealing, secure integration of the PV without visible support structures.

Mounting systems for photovoltaic plants

All components of TRITEC are manufactured from high-quality aluminum or V2A stainless steel and meet the highest quality standards. For this reason, TRITEC offers a TRITEC warranty on all components. After undergoing a mechanical stress test, the systems were certified by TÜV in accordance with the guidelines of the international IEC 61215 standard. This test simulated wind and snow loads. The systems’ corrosion-resistant materials also easily withstand extreme temperature fluctuations. TRITEC photovoltaic mounting systems thus TRITEC a very robust design characterized by high quality and durability.

Mechanical TÜV stress test

As part of a mechanical stress test carried out by TÜV, our mounting systems were certified according to the guidelines of the international IEC-61215 standard. This test involves the following three steps: First, the nominal output power of the module is determined by a voltage test and the material properties are examined by means of an electroluminescence camera. For the actual stress test, the module is fixed to the mounting system according to the mounting instructions and then loaded with 2400 PA. This corresponds to 245 kg/m2. The pressure and suction effects of the wind are simulated. In a further test run, the pressure is increased to 5400 PA (550 kg/m2), which corresponds to the pressure caused by snow load. Following each individual stress test, the module is checked again. The TÜV test is only considered passed if no damage to the module can be detected after the stresses and its performance is not affected in any way. Both TRI-STAND and TRI-ROOF+ have been awarded certification by TÜV Rheinland.
