Photovoltaic Installation for Tile Roofs
The TRI-CLIP Ready PV enables the easy installation of PV in record time using all types of modules from various manufacturers.
1. Installing the roof hooks
The roof hooks are installed in a row according to the layout plan. Next, the SmartFix connectors are aligned horizontally at the same height and tightened using the TX40 bit.
2. Inserting the profiles
The TRI-CLIP Ready clamping profiles snap securely into the SmartFix connectors on the roof hooks—no additional screws are required.
3. Easy connection of the profiles
The profiles are rigidly connected using the clamp connectors and secured with two grub screws.
4. Secure the modules with clamps
The end and middle clamps are installed according to the layout plan. The module field unit is now mounted on a floating support.

The TRI-CLIP Ready roof hooks, which come with pre-installed SmartFix connectors, are installed in a row, reliably compensate for unevenness in the roof, and allow for quick installation of the profiles—without any additional screwing. Thanks to the height-adjustable base plate and the extra-long cantilever arm, the roof hooks are also ideal for large-format roof tiles. The TRI-CLIP Ready clamping profiles simply and securely snap into the SmartFix connectors. No additional screws are required. The profiles remain floatingly connected to the roof hooks and can optimally accommodate roof movements. The PV are then quickly and easily secured with center and end clamps. The result: time-saving installation, high stability, and maximum user-friendliness on the roof.

Roof Hooks
The TRI-CLIP Ready photovoltaic roof hook allows you to install the TRI-CLIP Ready PV optimally on your tile roof. The roof hook is made of hardened aluminum and features multiple mounting holes for maximum flexibility during installation. With pre-mounted SmartFix connectors, it compensates for roof unevenness and allows for quick, user-friendly insertion of the profiles without additional screwing. The wide base plate is height-adjustable in 5-mm increments to 25, 30, 35, and 40 mm. The extra-long cantilever arm is also suitable for large-format roof tiles. The roof hook bracket allows for easy and precise horizontal and vertical adjustment.
