Irradiation sensor

Irradiation sensors are used in the field of solar energy to monitor the yield and operation of thermal and photovoltaic solar systems. They can be used to regularly check whether the planned yield is being achieved and whether the solar system is working as it should. Shading systems can also be ideally controlled with an irradiation sensor. To keep the loss due to shading as low as possible, the signal from the irradiation sensor can, for example, provide important information for a corresponding controller.
