Feed-in management

The public electricity grid is part of the critical infrastructure that is supposed to function at all times. To ensure this, corresponding agencies monitor the grid around the clock. This enables you to detect overloads and other irregularities directly and to react quickly. Feed-in management also falls into this area. It enables grid operators to regulate individual power sources. Before your photovoltaic system can be regulated, however, grid operators must first regulate other systems such as power plants.
