Own consumption share

The self-consumption share is the actual share of the electricity produced that is used by the operator himself. It differs from the degree of self-sufficiency because some operators only use part of the electricity they produce themselves. For example, if they do not have a battery for energy storage, it makes sense to feed surplus energy into the grid.
