AEG Industrial Solar 1

AEG – three very well-known letters in Germany

They were the abbreviation for «Allgemeine Elektricitäts-Gesellschaft» (General electricity company), a German company founded in the late 20th century. It brought the first light bulbs and the first electric stoves into German households. In 1992, the company that once was the epitome of German quality in electrical engineering, was dissolved. The brand name AEG lives on. AEG Industrial Solar is a leading technology manufacturer in the area of renewable energies. With its photovoltaic products, the company from Frankfurt am Main, Germany, continues the tradition of distributing quality goods.

At TRITEC you can order the following PV components from the AEG Industrial Solar product range: AEG Solar Panels, AEG Solar Inverters and AEG Solar Storage Systems.

What is IMM technology?

IMM is short for Individual Module Monitoring – the IMM technology is a monitoring and control technology for PV systems. It monitors the system as a whole, while also monitoring the individual modules of the system. Thus, faults are quickly detected, precisely localized and analyzed by the software, which then provides instructions for action. This enables much faster maintenance and repair work on the system, which saves costs.
