We confirm the quality of our products by means of detailed independent tests with brand name modules. Thus, we guarantee you reliable products for long-lived PV systems.

The installation system is certified in the scope of the TÜV test according to the international norm IEC 61215 and is subjected to mechanical load tests.

The test is executed in the following stages: First, a flash test for the nominal performance of the module is determined and by means of an electroluminescence camera, the material characteristics are tested.

For the load test, the module is installed on the installation system according to instructions. Finally, the module is loaded with 2400 Pa, which corresponds to 245 kg/m². Thereby, the wind pressure or wind suction is simulated.

In a second run, the pressure is increased to 5400 Pa (550 kg/m²), which corresponds to the pressure of snow.

After the load tests, the module is inspected again. The TÜV test is only passed if there are no damages to the module and the performance is not impaired.

Since TRI-STAND Aero is installed with no penetration on a flat roof, the system is also tested in a wind channel. Using miniature models, tests are performed to assess how the installation system behaves during extreme wind loads and with the defined ballasts of the manufacturer. The renowned engineering office, Wacker Engineers, which has long-year and international experience with wind channel tests, executed the tests.

All TRITEC installation systems are certified by the TÜV Rhineland.
