Intensive customer care instead of trade show appearance

For the first time, TRITEC will not appearing at this year's Intersolar 2013 in Munich with a trade show stand of its own. After ten years of successful participation, the internationally active supplier of solutions for solar power stations has decided on a change in its marketing direction.

Instead of appearing at the Intersolar trade show, TRITEC is taking an active step closer to its customers – with a comprehensive partnership program and product workshops lasting several days. These will make it possible for both the manpower and trade show budget to be targeted to the area of customer care. The longer period of contact with customers in a more relaxed context provides the advantages of being able to better respond to the requirements of the customers and to strengthen customer relationships.

The first customer events, with an international participation, have already taken place in May. Additional country-specific events are set to follow over the course of the year. The decision on whether TRITEC will take part at the Intersolar 2014 will be taken after the evaluation of these customer events.

Personal contacts from the differing TRITEC teams will be still be attending this year's Intersolar, where they will be available for individual discussions. Times can be arranged either directly or through the inside sales team.
