Bosch Mono series – High quality, powerful and reliable
Bosch Solar Energy
Bosch is a household name across the world symbolising decades of tradition, technical expertise and international presence. Bosch Solar Energy stands for the claim of providing excellent value for money for first-rate product quality and reliability. Bosch Solar Energy covers the entire photovoltaics value chain – from drawing ingots all the way to module production. Production sites: Germany, Spain and France.
Excellent product quality
Bosch Solar Energy delivers superior solar cells and modules with high annual yields. This requires cutting-edge production equipment and excellent processes. Periodically calibrated measuring instruments ensure reliable output measurements under STC. The cells are measured for output based on the current IEC 60904 and IEC 60981 standards. In addition, the modules are subjected to a thorough reverse current resistance check exhibiting a very low reverse current of < 1.5 A at -12 V.
High efficiency
Due to excellent product quality, the modules are exceptionally efficient even with less than optimal solar irradiation. This is ensured by such aspects as high parallel resistance, which is guaranteed through high-quality production processes and cutting-edge production equipment. Bosch uses high-purity silicon, high-quality ingots and its own wafers for solar cell production. As a result, the solar cells perform to a high level of stability.
