Flat-roof Installation Waste Incinerator KVA
In December 2003 a 50kWp solar power system was installed on the roof of the waste incineration plant KVA of the city of Basle. The generated solar energy is fed into the grid of the Industrielle Werke Basel (Industrial Works Basle/IWB). Payment for the solar energy is made by the IWB within the framework of the Solarstrombörse Basel (Solar Energy Exchange Basle).
