A solar power system was installed on the roof of the Hallen der Energie (Halls of Energy) Thun AG. With optimal customer information in mind, a display in the foyer shows the current operating data. The generated energy is fed into the grid and sold to customers at a cost-covering surcharge (the lowest in Switzerland). The installation of the system was facilitated by solar energy orders and supported by contributions of the Canton of Bern.
