Hareon Solar Hareon Solar Technology Co., Ltd was founded in 2004 and is today one of the largest producers of silicon wafers in China. Since the completion of the first module production lines in 2008, Hareon has a fully integrated production chain of PV components.

Hareon Solar's management team combines great technical know-how of the photovoltaic and semi-conductor industry with many years of experience in the setting up and running of large companies.

The production of the Hareon Solar modules is efficient and state-of-the-art. This way Hareon guarantees strong, reliable performance at attractive prices.

The machines producing the elementary components meet western standards:

At the same time Hareon Solar is continuing to expand its production capacities for ingots, wafers, cells and modules.

Worldwide, Hareon Solar supplies renowned customers with ingots, wafers, cells and modules. Equally, long-term agreements with silicon suppliers demonstrate Hareon Solar's plans for growth.

In January SCHOTT Solar and Hareon Solar announced their joint venture for the production of modules. Another renowned OEM customers is SolarFabrik. With BP Solar, Suntech, Trina and Sharp, large PV manufacturers procure their cells (partially) from Hareon Solar.

On the other hand, Hareon Solar signed a long-term contract on the supply of poly-crystalline silicon (PDF, 143 KB) with GCL-Poly Energy in September 2010. Business relationships with Wacker in Germany had been established for some time. As a result, Hareon Solar is supplied with poly-crystalline silicon by the globally largest manufacturers.

Regular quality tests

TRITEC is synonymous with the quality of their products. For this reason, the modules of Hareon Solar are regularly tested by TRITEC and/or by the external ISE Fraunhofer institute.

  • The T▄V Rheinland (Technical Inspection Agency Rhineland) subjects Hareon Solar modules to mechanical stress tests and also records electroluminescence. These tests ensure the compatibility of the modules with the TRITEC mounting systems TRI-STAND, TRI-ROOF and TRI-VENT. Furthermore, the quality of the used photovoltaic cells is guaranteed.
  • The ISE Fraunhofer flashes the modules to test the electrical values and determines whether the positive performance tolerance of Hareon Solar modules are observed (+0-5%).
